Before your skin appointment: Please avoid retinol, acids and exfoliation for 5 days before your treatment. If you have any skin conditions or are unsure if the treatment is suitable, feel free to message before booking. Aftercare: SPF is essential after exfoliation treatments to protect your results.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow me to offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations and no-shows impact my business, so the following fees apply: Less than 24 hours’ notice – A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No-show (failure to attend without notice) – A fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
